Anthony “Tony” Frasco is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Graphene Wolf. He established the firm with a clear mandate: to deliver highly discreet, precision-driven security solutions grounded in integrity, sound judgment, and mutual trust. Under his leadership, Graphene Wolf operates as a deliberately selective, invite-only organization, serving principals and families who value alignment, discretion, and long-term stewardship.
Tony has spent more than three decades in hand-selected leadership roles advising senior commanders, ambassadors, and executive stakeholders on security, risk, and organizational resilience. His career includes responsibility for complex, multi-region security programs and trusted advisory roles during periods of elevated threat, where clarity of judgment and disciplined execution were essential. He has also been consulted at the highest levels of government on the protection and resilience of U.S. missions and personnel abroad, supporting decision makers operating in politically and operationally sensitive environments.
The culture Tony has built at Graphene Wolf reflects his belief that protection is fundamentally personal. The firm’s leadership is composed of seasoned professionals shaped by service, accountability, and an uncompromising commitment to family protection. Clients engage Graphene Wolf not as a vendor, but as a trusted extension of their inner circle — confident that their security is managed with discretion, discipline, and unwavering integrity.

He has been entrusted with complex advisory roles supporting institutional resilience, influence, and dialogue during periods of conflict and elevated threat.
At Graphene Wolf, John serves as Chief Legal Officer, providing principled counsel and governance where legal exposure, operational risk, and discretion converge. He ensures that decisions are framed thoughtfully, risks are anticipated, and client interests are protected with foresight and care — reinforcing confidence that even the most sensitive matters are handled with professionalism, restraint, and integrity.
Jon joined Graphene Wolf following 22 years of service as a Marine Corps intelligence officer, where he held senior roles advising U.S. ambassadors and overseeing security and intelligence operations in complex international environments. His experience includes extended assignments across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, with operational service in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
As a military attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Jon served as a trusted advisor on sensitive security matters and directed protective and counterintelligence efforts for senior U.S. leadership and distinguished visitors, working closely with U.S. diplomatic security and host nation counterparts. His work required discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly across cultures and institutions.
Jon brings deep expertise in intelligence-led risk assessment, movement security, and site protection, informed by decades of operating in high-risk and politically sensitive environments. A Eurasian Foreign Area Officer, he lived and studied in Turkey and has traveled extensively — professionally and personally — to more than 50 countries. He is fluent in Turkish.

In the private sector, Mando has served as a Senior Partner leading multinational advisory efforts in defense, manufacturing, and aerospace, where he continues to advise organizations navigating operational risk and strategic decision-making on a global scale. Michael Rush serves as Vice President, Protective Environments for Graphene Wolf, bringing more than two decades of senior federal law enforcement experience in complex threat identification, risk mitigation, and the protection of people operating in sensitive environments.
Over the course of his career, Michael held senior investigative and leadership roles within premier federal agencies, where he specialized in surveillance, counter-surveillance, counterintelligence, and the disruption of sophisticated criminal and terrorist networks. His work required precision, discretion, and the ability to assess risk across both domestic and international contexts, often in coordination with multiple federal, state, and local partners. In later roles, he served as an instructor and supervisory leader, responsible for developing personnel, overseeing operations, and ensuring disciplined execution under pressure.
At Graphene Wolf, Michael leads the protection of critical environments where executives, families, and communities live, work, and gather. His approach emphasizes careful risk assessment, thoughtful environmental design, and operational planning that prioritizes presence, discretion, and human safety over visibility. He is also an innovator in security technology, holding patents for protective solutions that enhance situational awareness and resilience. Clients trust his judgment to ensure that environments remain secure, calm, and functional — especially when the stakes are highest.

We protect select government officials, Fortune-level corporations, and ultra-high-net-worth families. Not because we are the largest firm. Because we are the right one.
“We work rapidly to establish trust, gain shared understanding, and fully assess the problem. We mitigate, deter, shift narratives, and when necessary, neutralize risk.”
